I am Rahul an incoming international student for a master’s program at TU Dortmund, I and my friends (a total of 4 people) are looking for a potential apartment in the vicinity of the university. We can assure you that the apartment will be maintained meticulously and since were students there will be little to no complaints from our end. We ensure to take good care of the apartment. We cook occasionally and do laundry once a week, also some of us prefer a calm and peaceful, and relaxing day, none of us have pets as well.

Ich bin Rahul ein Incoming International Student für ein Masterstudium an der TU Dortmund, ich und meine Freunde (insgesamt 4 Personen) suchen eine potentielle Wohnung in der Nähe der Universität. Wir können Ihnen versichern, dass die Wohnung akribisch gepflegt wird und da wir Studenten waren, wird es von unserer Seite wenig bis keine Beschwerden geben. Wir sorgen dafür, dass die Wohnung gut gepflegt wird. Wir kochen gelegentlich und waschen einmal in der Woche, auch einige von uns bevorzugen einen ruhigen und erholsamen Tag, keiner von uns hat auch Haustiere.
