I am looking for a long-term accommodation starting from Apr'24. I am flexible with the start date.

I have been living in Germany since 2018. My German is not good, but I am still in the process of learning it. I hope you will be patient with me for that!
I have been living and working in Düsseldorf for the past 2,5 years. I work in the field of insurance as an actuary. Presently, I will be moving to Hannover for a new job that starts in Oct'23 and then staying in a temporary accommodation until Mar'24.

I would be keen to move into a more long-term accommodation after that starting from Mar/Apr'24. Preferably 2 or 3 rooms. Additionally, I am looking for furnished (or partially furnished) apartment with a built-in kitchen.

I would like to believe I am empathetic and open minded. In addition, the things/furniture in the apartment would be well kept :)

Ich würde gerne glauben, dass ich einfühlsam und aufgeschlossen bin. Außerdem würden die Sachen/Möbel in der Wohnung gut gepflegt sein :)
