Hi, I am a Indian female studying in Technical University of Kaiserslautern.I have already stayed in Kaiserslautern in a shared private flat for 6 months.My spouse will join me from January 2023 hence I need a minimum of 35sqm apartment with fitted kitchen.It can be 1room/2room flat or a new/renovated house.
Partially furnished is also fine.
I already stayed in a rented flat and know all the rules and regulations and can guarantee that rent and all other bills will be given within 1st of the month.
We will definitely keep the flat tidy and clean and will give no scope for complaints.
We both will be needing contract and city registration.
