Hello,
We are Valeria and Diego and with our dogs, Martin and Robert are looking for a new home. A long term contract.
We are a family from Chile and actually we live in Cologne since August 2023.
We work in the mornings and studying German in afternoons.
We are responsible with all the things in the house and also punctual with the payments.
About the dogs, they are old and both know how to behave. They are calm and quite. We have never had problems with they.
We are looking something not to big but with balcony. Better if its have a good location because our job and school are around the center.
We also can give you the reference of our latest tenant.
