Small modern flat to rent in walking distance to Holzmarkt

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm moving to live and work in Cologne in Mid November and would like to rent an apartment in walking distance to Holzmarkt St.

Ideal flat would be a 2010 above built apartment, in 2nd or 3rd floor (No first floor nor balcony), clean and well managed apartment with open design and modern kitchen located in the west side of the Rein.

Originally from Iran, I work in leading position in an IT company based in Cologne, have been living in the UK, Turkey and South Africa and now are moving to Germany for the long term.

I do not have too many guests around, do not smoke and would like to have a relaxing, clean, and new apartment.

appreciate if you let me know if an apartment near to the above condictions is at hand. I'd be flexible on price in case.
