Hi! I'm a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Cologne (moving to Cologne from the US) and looking for a 2-room apartment to rent for about 2 years starting around January 1st. Below is a description of what I am looking for:
- At least 2 rooms and 35 sq meters
- Lots of windows/light
- Must include kitchen
- Updated bathroom and kitchen
- Furnished (bed, dresser, desk, kitchen supplies, etc.)
- Ideally a washer/dryer for laundry
- Close to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and public transportation
I'm extremely responsible and considerate, and can provide a reference letter and proof of work, etc. Please contact me if you have an apartment that I might be interested in!
