Hallo! My name is Caroline and I am a Master’s student at Universität zu Köln. I am conducting interdisciplinary research in linguistics with a focus in African linguistics (Afrikanistik).
My fiancé, Christian, and I are looking for a couples-friendly/student-friendly apartment to rent from March 2023 to as late as August 2024. Our preferred neighborhoods are Neustadt-Nord (Agnesviertel) and Lindenthal, but we would be happy just in a quiet area in relatively close proximity to the main university building. While I will attend full-time to my studies, my fiancé is a chef at a restaurant in Südstadt and an artist, guaranteeing us as quiet tenants. We are still new to Germany (just moved from the U.S.A. in September), so I apologize that I am currently unable to reach out in Deutsch.
