2 Zimmer-Wohnung gesucht / Looking for a 2 room Apartment

This is Noemi and Nuno Silas, a 35 years old couple who divides his time between academic research, the cultural and artistic field.

We have lived and worked in Bayreuth and Leipzig before. We are looking for a small apartment, preferably in the neighbourhoods / zones of Lindenau, Altlindenau, Plagwitz, Connewitz, Mitte, East. Ideally, the apartment would have one or two rooms, a living room and a kitchen; with reasonable daylight. In terms of contract, we are flexible, as long as the minimum length is six months.

We have proof of income / contracts, Schufa (jetzt beantragen) Statement (DEC.2023) and we are free to discuss details with potential landlords by phone or zoom call.
