Searching: 1 - 2 room apartment for 33 year old Managing Consultant (non smoker).

My name is Nathan Falconer, I am 33 years old and a non-smoker living in Munich. I have been living and working a permanent full-time in Munich since September 2022 for the company Delve Search GmbH whose office is in Berg am Laim. My company helps technology companies recruit engineers to combat the skills shortage in Germany.

I am professional, responsible-minded and reliable. I am single, self-sufficient, clean and have carried out basic repair and maintenance work by myself. I like to take great care of my living space and am always respectful and friendly with neighbours. I will do this with pleasure in my current apartment as well. I am very familiar with Munich culture and nuances and love living in the city.

The reason I am searching for a new apartment is that my current is only a 12 month lease and I will need to leave by June.

My hobbies include learning German, sport, hiking, skiing and being outdoors.

I will be happy to share any other documents such as SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) , wage slips, commission slips (once every three months), employment contract, landlord reference. My current visa is valid until August 2027 and I will extend it further.
