I'm moving soon and I need a flat starting around July 1st.
I'm a quiet guy, and usually prefer partying in bars and pubs rather than where I live.
I don't smoke and have no pets, and I like keeping a clean environment.
I'm looking for a nice but inexpensive place, not too far from the city center and ideally with a balcony and internet.
