Professional couple seeks apt from Sept for 1 year, max 2000 Eu

We are a young professional couple (28 years old, scientist and medical copywriter), seeking an apartment of 3 rooms or more, with total rent + additional costs = 1000 - 2000 Euros. We prefer a floor area of 70m2 or more, on the top floor if possible. We require a furnished apartment, with kitchen, double bed, sofa, bathroom (toilet and shower), dining table with chairs, and washing machine. A balcony, roof terrace or garden is desired. We would prefer a central location (Neuhausen, Haidhausen, Maxvorstadt, Sendling, Ludwigsvorstadt), near an underground station. We are looking to move in from the beginning of September 2015, for 1 year (until 31st August 2016). We will be able to view the apartment from the 31st August 2015, and move in immediately.
