looking for a nice apartment in munich

Hallo,
I'm Roberto, an italian 25 years old guy,
I actully am liveing with my girlfriend Elda, italian 25 years old too.
We both working in Eataly, a new shopping place in center of Munich, Schrannenhalle, with a not-termin contract.
We are looking for a nice apartment because our landlord is going to sell where we are living right now, in partnachplatz, at the end of june. We know that is quite early to search it but we prefer move forward.
We have a small and super silent french-bulldog that doesn't bother at all!
Our actual neighbors always asking us if we still have the dog because it never barks.
We don't wanto to spend more then 1500-1600 every month, all included.
