I am an italian mechanical engineer, 31, working at ESO in Garching, and I'm looking for a flat for myself (1 rooms or more). Ideally, the location should not be more than 2.5 km from any U6 station.
Before coming to ESO, I worked in Italy (Trento), California and France/Switzerland. I have always been considered very clean and tidy. I like to read, especially about history. On top of that I love running and skiing.
My budget is from 1000 to 1500 (warm).
I don't smoke, I have no pets... In summary, I will have a very limited impact on the flat :)
I have a car, therefore I need a parking place or a garage as well.
