HI,
My name is Erik and I'm looking for an apartment to share with my friend Albin. We are from Sweden, currently living and working in Munich as industrial designers.
We are interested in an apartment with two bedrooms with a kitchen and bathroom.
We are very calm and likes to keep out place clean. None of us are smokers and we don't have any pets. We are both full-time employees with a stable income and never had any issues with paying rent or taking good care of the apartment.
We are looking for a long-term lease and 1 year would be great for us.
