My name is Yonatan and I am moving to Munich for a master’s in Physics at LMU. I am looking for a 1-2 room furnished apartment for the first few months of the program- from around 1.10.19 until around December / January (flexible).
Originally from Israel, I’ve been living with my girlfriend in Frankfurt since last year. She is a Referendarin at Landgericht Frankfurt until January. After her oral exam in January she will join me in Munich where she will start working. Therefore I am only looking for a sublease now. I’m quite, clean and considerate and I will take good care of your apartment.
Unfortunately my German is not that good yet (my studies are in English). Sie können mich gerne auf Deutsch kontaktieren und meine Freundin wird mir beim lesen und antworten behilflich sein.
I will finance my living with my savings (Proof of sufficient own funds available) and with the support of my parents. Furthermore, my grandfather, who is an architect in Berlin, can give a guarantee for my contract (Bürgschaft).
