Looking for apartment in Munich since September

Hello everyone,

My name is Javier Mendez. I am a spanish citizen and I am living in Munich since July 2019. I am working in Infineon Technologies as research and development engineer with a stable income.

Even when I dont speak german, I didnt have any problem to communicate with my previous landlords (who didnt speak english) thanks to new technologies so I hope this wont be a problem.

I dont smoke, i dont have any pets and I dont play musical instruments either.

I am looking for an apartment to move in since September due to the fact the apartment where I am living currently is only available until September. I would like to find an apartment not too far from the city center for around 1000-1100€ (not in the area of Moosach for example).

I would like the apartment to have at least the bedroom separated from the living room - kitchen because I love cooking so I would like to have a separated kitchen (so the bedroom and clothes wont smell like food after cooking).

My monthly incomes after tax are around 2600€ and are stable thanks to my position in infineon (i have the contract at least for 2.5 years more).
