A room for Two

my boyfriend and I are coming to TUM to continue our master's study in Oct. we want a flat that we can live together. we are in a good relationship and we match each other very well. both of us are gentle and nice. We may spend a lot of time studying at TUM and we may watch a movie, take a walk, play computer games together in our leisure time. (all the activities without noise). we do not smoke, we have no plan for a pet. we cook ONLY healthy food because we both exercise and during diet time. We have no plan for a car until we really settle. We hope the house contains basic furniture and If it is a long-term flat, it should be able to anmelden.
