Long-term tenant looking for spacious and affordable apartment in Munich

My requirements are:

At least 60 square meters
Near public transport
Rent less than 1450 Euros

I am a quiet and responsible tenant. I do not smoke or have any pets. I am also willing to take over some furniture or appliances.

I am confident that I would be a great tenant. I am reliable and I pay my rent on time. I am also a good neighbour and respect other people's property.

I am looking for a long-term rental agreement. I am willing to compromise on some things, such as the rent or the location of the apartment, if it means that I can find a place that I can call home for the next few years.
