Looking for a long term 2-room apartment

Hello,

My name is Pankaj Shevate and I am 27 years old. I am from India and currently doing my masters from Hochschule Hof. I shifted to Munich for my Internship last year and now I am writing my master's thesis. I along with my girlfriend (also from India) are looking for a 2 room apartment as she recently got a job as a Software Developer in Munich after finishing her master's degree. We are looking for an apartment with KVR from 1st April 2022 and preferably in Trudering or Berg Am Laim or Ostbahnhof. However, we are also flexible if the apartment is not in these region but is on S4 or S6 S-bahn line. Our total budget is 1000-1300€ (warm rent).

In terms of cleanliness, we are quite good and keep the apartment clean. We both like Cooking, Hiking, Travelling (and she likes shopping :-P). We are a fun loving and enthusiastic couple.
