Dear landlady,
we are Farbod and Sorour (38 and 37 years old) and we are looking for a small and cozy apartment, preferably in the districts mentioned above. Farbod works as an Software Engineer for Celonis company, Sorour student of pyschology and will come to Munich three months later. In our free time we like to go hiking in the mountains or travel. We are quiet residents, non-smokers, have no pets and do not play musical instruments and we don't have kids.
It would be nice if our new dream apartment met the following points:
- rent including heating up to approx. 1500 €
- from 30 square meters
- 1 rooms
- balcony or roof terrace
- fitted kitchen
- good connection to public
