Neat 24 year old male looking for a place near the station of Offenburg

Hi,

I'm from Belgium, but I started working in Offenburg, near the station, as a game designer, which has rather flexible hours. (from 10h to 19h)
I'm currently staying in Durbach.
But I'm looking for a place that doesn't require me to have a car.
I would like to stay indefinitely.

I'm a 24 years old, single male.
I keep my living environment clean and neat. My previous landlords were always satisfied.
I'm tolerant, and I take my neighbors into account, ex. I make sure I don't make too much noise.
I'm introverted so I won't be going out late at night. I prefer to stay at home when I have a day off.

My cooking skills are poor, I still have a lot to learn.
My native language is dutch, but my English is at the same level.
My French and German are not that great, so I can't have fluent conversations in German or French.
