Hi,
I'm going to start working in Vienna this winter and I would like to get my own place. I will be working in the 9th bezirk, so I am looking for a place to stay somewhere nearby AKH/Brain Research Centre/Uni Campus or somewhere with great connections to come there (U6, tram 5/33...).
Since I am living in Vienna for a year now, I am quite flexible regarding the moving-in time. However, I do want to live in altbau and a long-term contract for at least 3 years would be necessary. A balcony/terrace/garden would be over the top awesome. I did put in my desired districts, but they are not a deal-breaker as long as the connection to the 9th is great. My budget is cca. 600eur (everything included).
