Looking either for a big flat (WG) or a 1-room flat (max.600e) with balcony or terrace or garden/from Nov16 on/longterm (min.3y)

Hi,
My name is Jasna and I am a Slovenian student starting with my PhD this fall in Vienna. I will be working in the 9th bezirk, so I am looking for a place to stay somewhere nearby AKH/Brain Research Centre/Uni Campus or somewhere with great connections to come there. Since I am living in Vienna for a year now, I am quite flexible regarding the moving-in time and I also have two options - either I rent a small flat for myself (1-room flat; max. rent 600e) or I find something bigger (3+ rooms) and start a WG on my own. I am open for both options.

However, I do want high ceilings, a balcony/terrace/garden and a long-term contract for at least 3 years. I did put in my desired districts, but they are not a deal-breakers as long as the connection to the 9th is great.
