Looking for small apartment zwischenmiete 4-6 months from January 2022

Hey Everyone!

Looking for ZWISCHENMIETE 4-6 months

starting from January 2022 (also end of December)

Ideally a small apartment just for me (30-40sqm) for max 500€ (bills incl), but I also consider a room in a WG (with only women) if the room is at least around 20sqm for max 380-430€ (bills incl). I consider whatever district!

This is a little bit about me:

My name is Fangfang (29yo), but many call me just Fang ☺️

I moved to Vienna in April of this year, currently living in a zwischenmiete already in the 3rd district (loving it!).

I am born and raised in Italy from
Chinese parents, Italian is my native language and I can speak fluent English and Spanish too, I mostly understand German, but I need to be more proactive in the speaking practice (B1-B2), and I have a basic level of Portuguese also.

I am vegetarian since a couple of years now, but I don’t judge other people based on their food choices 😀 so even though it would be great to live with other vegetarians or even vegans, I don’t have any issues with people who are not 🙂

I enjoy cooking healthy, experimenting in general in the kitchen and baking. I love reading, learning new languages, traveling, practicing yoga, meditating, going through my routine, hiking and staying in the nature, but enjoy also the city life (I lived in Melbourne, Australia during 2020). I generally try to have balance.

I am not really a party person anymore, I don’t drink alcohol anymore, but I can have fun also without it 😀

I like to keep my spaces clean and tidy and cleaning is important to me, so I would like to live with people able to clean after themselves and respect common spaces like I do 🙂 I have a lot of experience in sharing flats with people: 3 years in university and a year in Spain during my Erasmus, and also a few months in another WG in Vienna in the 8th district.

I’m a non-smoker (smoke free since almost 3 years!), so would like a place where people are smoking just outdoors, if they are.

I’m a yoga teacher and holistic health/love coach. I mostly work online, so reliable Wi-Fi is important, and this is the reason why I am looking for a room that is big enough for me to work from home in case of WG.

Right now, I have the whole apartment for me and I work in the living room because the bedrooms are very small, fitting only the bed and wardrobe. Unfortunately my landlady needs to come back to Vienna for at least half of the month as they are not allowed to do too much smart working from home anymore, so she will need to be around here and I would not have space to work. But she truly loved how well I kept the apartment in the last 5 months since I arrived and how trustworthy and respectful I am to the point she would have really liked to keep me if it wasn’t for my space necessities, consequently I have also very good references if you need them 🤓 So I’m now looking for a place to stay for some time as I am still settling in Vienna.

It’s very likely many weekends I will be in Salzburg where my partner lives, sometimes it could happen I will be gone even for a whole week or so 😊 But anyway I’m easy going and a very chill person, I’m open to communication, and I like to help and listen to people. I love Friends the TV show. I enjoy taking care of plants, clean their leaves, talk to them 🙄🤣 As said before, I’m not really a party person anymore, and I am currently spending a lot of time alone intentionally because I need time to work, practice on my own, and studying as I am going through other online trainings 😙 I also have an ukulele that I’m trying to learn to play, but if it’s not appreciated, there is no problem and I will take it to Salzburg 😆
