Einzelappartment(the Fizz) für Student/Studentin

Greetings everyone,

I will be moving out of this lovely one-room apartment by April, and I am seeking a new tenant to take over my lease. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a brand-new building in the heart of Aachen, and is fully furnished to accommodate one person. It is a part of The Fizz Aachen student housing community, which offers a wide range of amenities for comfortable and hassle-free living.

The apartment is furnished with a cozy bed with mattress, a study desk with a chair, a little table and a chair by the window, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a shelf. It also has a private bathroom and kitchen area with a microwave, a refrigerator, and a ceramic induction cooker. In the community area located in the basement, you'll have access to a laundry room, a garage for both cars and bicycles, a gaming room with a large TV and gaming devices (which can be borrowed from the house managers), and a community kitchen with bar tables, oven, and cooking appliances. You'll never be disturbed by loud noises from the street, as the apartment has good noise protection. The common areas are cleaned regularly by the housekeeping staff.

The rental contract will be from April 1st 2023 to September 30th 2024. You are also allowed to extend the contract after that. (You are also allowed to have a shorter contract (from April 1st 2023 to September 30th 2023), but the rent will be 834 Euro per month in this case.) All utilities are included in the rent, such as heating, electricity, water, internet, and some services provided by the house managers and the community area.

If you're new to Aachen or would like to meet new people, you'll be glad to know that the neighbors are friendly, and there are regular events and community parties held for the tenants. If you have any concerns while living here, the house managers will be happy to assist you.
