Our extensive collection of co-living apartments boasts spacious and well-lit rooms with a contemporary design. What's more, everything is fully furnished, so you can quite literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow!

We are a vibrant and cosmopolitan community located in 'Mitte,' one of Berlin's most central and trendiest neighborhoods. This area is renowned for its historical, cultural, and commercial significance, making it a focal point for both locals and tourists. Friedrichstraße is Apartment to a variety of cultural attractions, museums, theaters, and galleries. Along the street, you'll also find a mix of high-end boutiques, department stores, and international brands.

Moreover, our location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation. You'll find several U-Bahn (subway lines U6, U5, and U2), bus routes, and S-Bahn (suburban train lines S1, S2, S25, S26, S3, S5, S7, and S9) stations in close proximity.

*The landlord only accepts tenants between 18 and 40 years old.
*Please note that in order for you to get your keys, the deposit must be transferred to the landlord ́s bank account once the rental agreement has been signed and before moving in.

Check-in /out:
- Check-in hours: Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 16:00 (A check in outside our working hours is possible upon availability of some of our community managers and with an additional charge of 60,00€.)
- The key transfer will take place at Apartment (you will receive the address once your booking is confirmed)
