Peaceful studio apartment in lively Neukölln (just seconds away from the U8 or Ring, and a 10 min walk from Tempelhofer Feld). It faces the inner courtyard so there's absolutely no street noise. It's also my painting studio so there is art all over the walls, but otherwise the decor is simple and minimalist with some nice houseplants scattered about.
The apartment has high ceilings, gorgeous wood floors, a big bathroom (with a nice tub and a washing machine), generous hall space (which can also function as a second room), and a kitchenette with full stove and oven.
Because it's on the ground floor, there's not much of a view—just the tree in the courtyard—but it's nice because no stairs and no neighbors.
