Ich vermiete meine ruhige 1-Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon in Neukölln, Nähe Hermannstraße für einen Monat vom 06.02.-08.03.23. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel U8 und S-Bahn in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Tempelhofer Feld und der Körnerpark sind gleich um die Ecke und ihr findet viele tolle Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Supermärkte wie Rewe, Netto oder Aldi sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, Dusche, Bad und eine vollausgestattete Küche mit einem Mokkapot und Milchaufschäumer. Meine persönlichen Sachen werde ich ausräumen, sodass ausreichend Platz für Kleidung da ist.

Bei Interesse schreibt mir gern mit etwas Info über euch. Idealerweise hast du einen grünen Daumen und Freude dich um meine kleine Pflanzensammlung zu kümmern.

I'm renting out my one room apartment for one month in Neukölln, close to Hermannstraße. Public transport U8 and S-Bahn in 5 minute walking distance. Tempelhofer Feld and Körner Park are just around the corner and you can find many great coffee spots and restaurants right near by. I'm happy to give some recommendations if you're new to Berlin or the area! Walking distance also to many supermarkets like Rewe, Netto, or Aldi.

Amenities include washing machine, a balcony, shower, bath, all kitchen equipment including a Mokka Pot with milk frother. Before arrival I will make sure to have cleared out storage space for your belongings.
