I'm renting out a furnished ground-floor studio apartment. The 24 sqm apartment faces the inner courtyard and is super close to Nollendorfplatz.
My apartment is only available until April 14th, 2020! I take for 2 weeks an amount of 370 Euros all-inclusive.
After that time, my apartment is already rented out.

You'll be renting a little space on the ground floor that is close to Nollendorfplatz in central Berlin. Though it's only one step away from many public transport options (U1, U2, U3, U4), the atmosphere inside of the apartment is super relaxed and quiet because it is situated towards the inner courtyard. The area is known for its colorful and LGBT-friendly scene. Potsdamer Platz, the huge park Tiergarten, and Berlin's major shopping street Kurfürstendamm are close. Thus, you'll live just a jump away from four underground and various bus lines that take you to places all over Berlin.
Residential parking in the street (Anwohnerparken) costs 20,40 Euro for two years which can be signed up for at the city office.
Quiet hours between 22 pm and 7 am.
No smoking inside the apartment.
