1 Bedroom for 1 month or more

Hello! I am a musician/composer working on a classical and rock album in Berlin at Larya Studios and I need a place to stay for a month or two starting on April 1st. I can supply all docs, passport and credit info and comply with all insurance requirements etc... I am a freelancer but was able to retire early and have a fixed steady and guaranteed income.

I am not noisy, I am a minimalist, I play only acoustic guitar quietly or write string arrangements on a Mac with professional orchestra software and collaborate with local musicians- so I am employing quite a few Germans!

I am open to all possibilities but prefer a privite room somewhere near central Berlin but I am ok considering any area. I would be glad to look at any suggestions you might have or give you any more information about me- including samples of my artistic work especially so that you know I will be a considerate neighbor and not blasting super loud music or something!
