I ́m subletting my cozy apartment which is located next to Schönhauseralle train station (10 min from Mauerpark) full of shops, cafe, and everything you need is very close. It is a quiet 47qm apartment on the fourth floor of an Altbau (refurbished early 20th century building) with old wooden floors and high ceilings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with windows facing the green inner courtyard, where you could also park your bike. The flat is fully furnished and equipped.
