Temporary Studio Apartment in Student Dormitory from 02.04 to 07.05.2026

Helllo!

I would like to sublet my studio apartment/home on the university campus for certain months as I travel home.
It's available from 2nd April to 8th May 2026.

The warm rent for the mentioned date is 450 euros, which includes radio tax, internet, and cold rent as applicable in student dormitories. The Kaution is 500 euros. It's furnished like any student dormitory with a single bed and mattress, private bathroom, kitchen cabinets, cupboard, kitchen stove, refrigerator, and a microwave. I will be leaving some additional furniture including an extra mattress for your use. It's a beautiful place with everything a student would need.

Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible. Also, I can sublet it to students only as the apartment is in a student dormitory.

So, I am looking for a person preferably who studies in University of Erfurt as it would be easy for them to live on campus and who can take care of my home as their own.
