I want to sublet my beautiful apartment in the center of Cologne city for one person. The area I live in is quite safe, and civilized, located in the highly educated German population. Whenever jogging around the house, everyone greets each other quite friendly.

The appartment is next to UBahn (3p walk), Rewe supermarket (3p), Lidl (10p). Going to Cologne Hbf takes 10 minutes to UBahn 5, 10 minutes from TH Cologne to UBahn 13.

The room has a washing machine, infrared stove, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, dishes, fully furnished. The building's heating system is very good, in the winter it is very warm in the room, I don't have to wear an extra coat.

The room has wooden floors, has its own toilet, separate kitchen, bedroom, and working corner. Rather quiet.
My stay is quite neat and clean, so there are no insects or spiders in the room, which I really like when I stay here. So I hope you take care of it for me while I'm away.
