Quiet, Young working adult at OHB looking for a longer rental apartment :)

Hello! I am 23, working as an electronics enginner at OHB Systems near Wessling, and I enjoy cooking, going to the gym and sometimes playing videogames on my computer or watching shows.

I am quiet and organised, like to keep my house clean and I enjoy lots of outdoor activities :D

I am slowly learning German, as I moved a couple of months ago here and my working language is English (I am grateful that Munich is such a forgiving city in this regard, thank you Bayern!!).

I would like a small 1 room apartment for myself, I do not smoke, do not have pets (but if possible and the landlord is also a pet-lover discussing this would be wonderful). I do not have a car and rely on public transport, and as my workplace is near Wessling, I would like to live in the city, but also close to my workplace. So my areas of interest are Pasing/Laim/Westkreuz. This is not a rule, so if there is good connections to these areas please contact me.

I would like to move in starting April, have a scufa report ready and 3 payslips and I would like to talk in person to also meet the landlord :D

I am friendly, love to hang out with people but also enjoy my time alone.
