Ich suche ein Studio-Apartment ab dem 15 April 2026

Hi everyone,

my name is Sara, I’m 29 years old and on April 15th I will start my PhD at LMU Munich.

I am looking for a fully furnished studio apartment for a long-term stay (minimum 3 years). My maximum budget is 1,100 € warm (Warmmiete, utilities included).

I’m searching for an apartment in a quiet and residential area, well connected by public transport to the university (LMU area, Theresienstraße / Maxvorstadt). Preferred areas are Maxvorstadt or other well-connected neighborhoods with easy access to Theresienstraße.

I would love a bright and modern apartment, preferably on a higher floor, ideally recently renovated, with a fully equipped kitchen. A balcony would be a big plus, and being close to a park or green areas would be wonderful.

I am a very calm, tidy and responsible person, I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets. I’m looking for a non-smoking environment and a quiet, pleasant living space. I am interested in a stable and reliable long-term rental.
