I am currently looking for a responsible individual who can maintain and care for my apartment during my period of stay abroad. I am specifically seeking a female non-smoker. Before proceeding, please ensure that the following conditions are acceptable to you:
1. Are you a female non-smoker?
2. You will not be able to register your residency with my address. Are you okay with this?
3. The rental contract will only cover the period that you can pay for in one go. For instance, if you wish to pay monthly, the contract will only be valid for a month and will need to be renewed each month. Consequently, there is no guarantee of contract extension each time. Do you agree with this policy?
