A beautiful bright studio on the 2nd floor (an elevator is available) Golm, Tubenbogen, Potsdam, will be free for rent from 2 April up to 25th of June (flexibly can be extended as long as you wish).
It takes only 5 minutes on foot to reach Potsdam University. The area provides perfect public transportation access, only 4 minutes to the bus stop and 10 minutes to the train station and even the next bike. The regional train takes you 12 minutes to Potsdam HBF, as well as, directly to Berlin. With 10 minutes of biking, you will reach a wonderful lake. The forest and lands covered with amazing spring flowers are in your neighborhood.
It is a single-room apartment with all facilities. You will have your private kitchen and bathroom in your apartment. There is nothing to be shared with others. You can use the laundry on the ground floor, parking (both car and bike), and a study room.
The monthly payment is 900 €, all-inclusive, furnished. You can access your super comfortable and beautiful accommodation only with a copy of your passport and visa.
