Dear Landlord,
My name is Asfaw Negash, and I am interested in the advertised 1-room apartment of your rental in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. Currently, I live in Mainz and I am now looking for an apartment in Stuttgart-Vaihingen from September 01/20203.
To explain briefly, I have been doing my Postdoctoral Research at the University of Stuttgart Institute of Photovoltaics at Vaihingen. I have received a monthly stipend salary from my Scholarship for the duration of my stay.
I am interested in the room you are renting, mainly because of its proximity to all amenities. I think we would be the perfect tenants because although we like to be in company, we would like our home to be a quiet place.
