I’m currently looking for a small one-bedroom apartment or studio in the Mainz or Wiesbaden area, as I will soon be relocating to this region due to a professional opportunity.

I’m open to a long-term rental and ready to move in by agreement, ideally at the beginning of March. I’m a responsible, tidy, and reliable person with no pets, and the apartment would be used only for personal living purposes.
