Free 2 floor room at Newton Apartments

The apartment is perfect for people looking for something for a short stay in Aachen. It's usually difficult to find an apartment in Aachen, and Newton Apartments are a perfect solution for people looking for something simple or temporary, and not very expensive or sumptuous. That was exactly my case...

The monthly fee is 440€, all expenses included. Very fast intertnet connection,

The apartment is fully furnished, but the fee for all the existing equipment is 400€ (the same I paid for it). However, the price could be negotiated. The apartments here in Newton Apartments normally come with the minimal furniture, but this apartment has additional equipment such as: sofa, a big table, ironing board, microwaves, a small oven, additional wardrobes, TV, vacuum cleaner, wifi router, a bigger bed (1,40 m), coffee maker and all the kitchen stuff. The apartment has also a nice terrace equipped with a small BBQ (specially nice for summer).

The contract would be made via Newton-Apartments (it would be a simple transfer between the old owner, that is me, and the new owner). The same room could be rented directly at their office, but only the first days of each months are new rooms offered (normally very few rooms) and it is quite difficult to get a room (rows of people waiting for a room from 6 am). In addition, the room would be rented completely unfurnished.
