Nach einigen Jahren muss ich mich leider von meiner geliebten Wohnung verabschieden.
Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung verfügt über knapp 42 m2 und teilt sich in:
-Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Toilette, Dusche und einem kleinen Schrank.
-Großer Wohn-/Schlafraum mit einer Einbauküche in einer Ecke, inkl. im Mietpreis, mit Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Herdplatte, Waschbecken und eine breite Theke mit 3 Hockern, die sowohl als Esstisch als auch als Arbeitsplatte verwendet werden kann. Es gibt auch noch ein Paar Schränke für Teller usw. und als Pantry.
-Großzügiger Balkon mit Blick auf einem ruhigen Hinterhof und einem Garten.
Das Boden ist mit Laminat verlegt außer im Badezimmer, da gibt es Fließen.
Die Wohnung verfügt auch über einen Waschkeller mit Raum für eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen kleinen Abstellraum im Keller.

I'm sadly leaving my apartment after having lived in it for a couple of years.
The 1 room apartment is almost 45 m2 big and is divided as follows:
-Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and a cabinet for toiletries.
-A big living/bedroom with a kitchen in a corner (included in the rent price!), consisting of a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric stove, sink and a big bar with 3 tall stools, that can be used both as a dining table and kitchen counter. There are also a couple of cabinets for plates and kitchen stuff and also serve as a pantry.
-Generous balcony facing a quiet garden and back patio.
There is laminate flooring on the whole apartment, except in the bathroom where there's tile flooring.
Die Wohnung is in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptgebäude der Uni (260m !), deswegen ist sie perfekt für Studenten. Sie befindet sich trotzdem direkt in der Innenstadt und in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß kommt man an das Rathaus und Dom.
Es gibt Zahlreiche Supermärkte in der Nähe (290m zum Netto, 270m zum Alnatura und 650m zum Rewe), und in 10 Minuten kommt man an den Alten Posthof zu Fuß und noch schneller mit dem Bus.
Die Bushaltestelle Königstraße ist direkt vor der Haustür (nicht mal 50m entfernt), mit den Linien 13A und B, 12 und 22, mit direkten Busverbingungen z.B. nach Campus Melaten und überall in der Stadt. Die Haltestelle Karlsgraben mit 15 verschiedenen Buslinien ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Bahnhof Schanz ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, mit direkten Zugverbindungen nach Düsseldorf z.B. und natürlich nach Aachen Hbf.

The apartment is extremely close to the university Main Building (260m!), for that reason it would obviously be perfect for students! It's still very close to the city center, with a just under 10-minute walk to the Town Hall and the Cathedral.
There are many grocery stores close to the apartment (290m to Netto, 270m to Alnatura and 650m to Rewe), and you can get in just 10 minutes on foot to the Alter Posthof and even quicker if you take the bus.
The bus stop Königstraße is just around the corner (literally, it's 50m away from the building entrance), with the lines 13A and B, 12 and 22, that drive directly to the Melaten University Campus and everywhere in the city. Furthermore, the stop Karlsgraben is just a 5-minute walk away, where 15 different bus lines stop and can take you almost everywhere in Aachen and its surroundings.
The Schanz train station is just 8 minutes away on foot and offers many direct connections, for example to Düsseldorf and of course to the Aachen Main Station.
Ein Paar Kleinigkeiten würde ich gerne in der Wohnung lassen, dabei handelt es sich vor allem um nützlichen Sachen wie eine Handtuchstange, die Vorhänge, eine kleine Lampe, eine Mülltonne, usw.
Der Preis insgesamt wäre um die 90€, aber den könnten wir gerne zusammen besprechen. Eine ausführliche Liste mit Links zu den Originalartikeln (und deren Preis) kann ich gerne nach der Besichtigung senden :)

I'd like to leave a bunch of little things in the apartment, which are basically small useful things like the curtains, a towel hanger, a small lamp, a waste bin, etc.
The total price would be around 90€, but we can discuss it after visiting the apartment and seeing everything here. A full list with all the articles including the links to their listing on the original websites and the price can also be sent after the visit :)
