Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um ein Ein-Zimmer-Apartment im Studentenwohnheim "Alfred Delp". Das Wohnheim ist weniger als 5 Gehminuten vom Campus der Universität Bayreuth entfernt. Die Lage und Umgebung sind sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und daher tagsüber sehr hell. Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet. Dazu gehört eine Pantry-Kueche, ein Kleiderschrank, mehrere Bücherregale, ein Bett mit Matratze, einen Schreibtisch sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im Gebäudekeller finden sich neben mehreren Waschmaschinen, ein Tischtennisraum, ein Fitnessraum sowie eine Wohnheimbar. In jedem Stockwerk sind ausserdem mehrere Gemeinschaftsräume. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Fahrradkeller sowie Parkmoeglichkeiten für Autos.

Der Mietpreis enthält bereits alle Nebenkosten (Heizung und Strom) sowie den Preis für die Internetflat.

Voraussetzung für ein Zustandekommen des Mietverhältnisses ist, dass Sie ordentlicher Student der Universität Bayreuth sind und ihr Einkommen die aktuelle Bafög-Hoechstgrenze nicht überschreitet (Zum Nachweis müssen sie ihre Immatrikulation und entweder ihren Bafoegfoerderbescheid oder eine unterschriebene Bescheinigung ihrer Eltern vorlegen). The apartment is in a quiet place. It is in the dormitory "Alfred Delp". It's less than a five minutes walk from the campus. The room is very bright and facing the west. Inside the apartment there is a pantry-kitchen, a closet, many bookshelves, a bed with a mattress, a desk and a bathroom with a shower. In the basement of the building there are washing machines, table tennis room, gym. In every floor of the building there are some social rooms for common use. And there is a parking place for bikes and cars.
The monthly rent includes all costs (heat, electricity and internet flatrate included).
To rent it you have to be enrolled at the University of Bayreuth (you have to prove it by providing the enrollment document) and you can't have a higher income than 670 Euros which you also have to prove by providing a document.
