I am subletting my bright and cosy studio apartment (38m2) starting from the 16. January for 6 to 8 months. The apartement is in the 5th floor with and elevator in the building, has a balcony and a bathtub. I am subletting it furnished with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and everything else you’ll need. I have a couple of plants and would be happy if somebody moves in the apartment who takes care of them.
Ich vermiete meine gemütliche und helle 1-Zimmer Wohnung (38m2) ab dem 16.01.2023 für 6-8 Monate. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock mit Fahrstuhl, hat einen Balkon und eine Badewanne. Ich vermiete sie komplett möbliert, mit Waschmaschine, ausgestatteter Küche und allem Notwendigem! Ich habe ein paar Pflanzen und würde mich freuen wenn eine Person in die Wohnung zieht bei der die Pflanzen sicher sind.
The apartement is located between Görlitzer Bahnhof and Schlesisches Tor but also a 15 minute walk to Ostbahnhof, Warschauer Str. or Kottbusser Tor. On top of that a lot of buses are driving very near by, so it is very well connected! It is in Wrangelkiez, near Markthalle 9, the Görlitzer Park is just a 5 minute walk away. There is a variety of bars and restaurants in near surroundings as well as supermarkets. Even though it is in the middle of the city the surroundings are very green and the apartement is very quiet.
Die Wohnung ist zwischen Görlitzer Bahnhof und Schlesiches Tor, 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ostbahnhof, Warschauer Str oder Kottbusser Tor. Zudem fahren viele Busse in der Umgebung, die Wohnung ist sehr gut vernetzt. Sie ist im Wrangelkiez, in der Nähe der Markthalle 9, der Görlitzer Park ist nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Es sind sowohl Bars und Restaurants als auch Supermärkte in der Umgebung der Wohnung. Obwohl sie Mitten in der Stadt ist, ist ihre Umgebung sehr grün und die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
