The kitchen offers a 2-heating plate stove, a microwave and a fridge with a small freezer.
The bed comes always with a mattress and a fitting mattress cover.

Jedes unserer 17 m² großen Classic Apartments ist ausgestattet mit maßangefertigten Möbeln. Unter Anderem findest du in unserem Apartment ein Einzelbett (90x200 cm), einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreib- sowie Esstisch, große Lärmschutzfenster, eine voll funktionsfähige Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einer 2-Zonen-Kochplatte, einer Mikrowelle sowie einem Kühlschrank mit einem kleinem Gefrierfach.
Jedes Bett verfügt über eine Matratze mit Matratzenschoner.

The Neon Wood Mitte-Wedding is in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte and Wedding. You can increase your cultural knowledge, join one of the many co-working spaces or just chill in the famous Mauerpark. Are you tired of cooking or calling a delivery service again? You can find plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Subway, tram and bus connections are only seconds away from our entrance, so you always have multiple options to get to your university or start a different city tour.
Unser Neon Wood Mitte-Wedding liegt direkt zwischen den drei Stadteilen Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte und Wedding. Egal, ob du dich kulturell weiterbilden möchtest, einen Co-Working Space suchst oder im Mauerpark chillen willst, hier kannst du alles erleben. Hast du keine Lust zu kochen oder schon wieder den Lieferservice zu nutzen? In der Nähe vom Neon Wood findest du auch viele Cafés und Restaurants, die dich fit und bei Laune halten. Sowohl die U-Bahn als auch Bus und Straßenbahn kannst du innerhalb weniger Sekunden erreichen. Somit steht einer Erkundungstour oder auch deiner Fahrt zur Universität nichts im Wege.
COVID 19 Stonierung
In der aktuellen, besonderen Situation sind unter anderem folgende Punkte als „wichtiger Grund“ anzusehen und erlauben daher die Stornierung oder Änderung des Mietvertrages:
o Einreise- bzw Ausreiseverbot im entsprechenden Herkunfts- bzw. Reiseland (für Deutschland besteht ein derzeitiges Einreiseverbot aus allen Nicht-EU-Staaten)
o Aufforderung der Regierung des Heimatlandes der jeweiligen Mieter zur sofortigen Wiederkehr in das Heimatland
o Absage/Stornierung des gesamten Erasmus- oder Studienprogrammes.
In diesen Fällen ist eine Stornierung bzw. Änderung des Mietvertrages nach §2.2 des Mietvertrages rechtlich möglich.

COVID 19 Cancellation
In the current, special situation, the following points, among others, are to be regarded as "good cause" and therefore allow the cancellation or modification of the rental agreement:
o Entry or exit ban in the respective country of origin or destination (for Germany, there is a current entry ban from all non-EU countries)
o Request from the government of the home country of the respective tenants to return immediately to their home country
o cancellation/cancellation of the entire Erasmus or study programme.
In these cases, a cancellation or change of the rental contract is legally possible according to §2.2 of the rental contract.
