Die Wohnung befindet sich in verkehrsgünstiger Lage zur Autobahn A 17, zu TU, Hauptbahnhof und Stadtzentrum in der Nahverkehrszone 10 (Stadtgebiet). Mit dem Bus Nr.66 erreichen Sie in etwa 8 Minuten (verkehrsabhängig) den Hauptbahnhof und die Prager Straße. Mit dem Bus Nr. 63 können Sie direkt zum Schillerplatz, Blauem Wunder, Standseilbahnen zum Weißen Hirsch sowie zum Schloß Pillnitz fahren. Die Haltestelle für beide Busse befindet sich etwa 150m vom Haus entfernt.
Über einen Fußweg von etwa 10 Minuten Dauer kann die Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 3 erreicht werden.
The apartment is conveniently located near the A17 motorway, the Technical University, the main railway station and the city centre in the local traffic zone 10 (urban area). By bus no. 66 you reach the main station and Prager Straße in about 8 minutes (depending on traffic). Bus No. 63 takes you directly to Schillerplatz, Blauem Wunder, funiculars to Weiße Hirsch and Pillnitz Castle. The bus stop for both buses is about 150m from the house.
The tram line 3 stop can be reached by a 10-minute walk.
Die Vermietung erfolgt vorzugsweise für den kompletten Zeitraum, der Mindestmietzeitraum ist 5 Monate.
