Die Wohnung habe ich vor 2 Jahren von einer Studentin übernommen. Das Bad ist seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr saniert worden. Die Fenster sind noch in alter Holzrahmenfassung.
Die Wohnung liegt im 12. Stock mit herrlicher Aussicht ohne Balkon.
Die Heizkosten halten sich gering. Gerade mal bei eisigen Temperaturen brauch man die Heizung etwas aufdrehen.
Die Küche ist mit Herd, Backofen, Spülbecken und Kühlschrank in einer kleinen Kochnische.
Optimal an die Tram11 und Bus 85 angebunden.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür.
Schnelle Anbindung zur Uni.
Begehungen bitte per E-Mail abstimmen.
Die Wohnung kann ab 01.06.2012 übernommen werden. Die Küche gebe ich gerne kostenlos ab, wenn ich dafür nicht renovieren muss.
