Zur Verfügung steht ein ca.70 m² große 2-Zimmer- Dachgeschoss-Wohnung in Emden. Die Wohnung hat zudem noch eine Einbauküche,ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und hell.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 530€ warm.
Die Wohnung ist optimal für Studenten (WG-geeignet) und Pärchen, da sie nahe an der Innenstadt liegt. Trotz zentraler Lage,befindet sich die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Bäcker, Tankstelle und die Einkaufsstraße sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Bahnhof sind es 7min mit dem Fahrrad und die FH ist in 15min zu erreichen. Zusätzlich fährt ein Bus direkt zur FH.
Haustiere sind erlaubt!
