I'm looking for a rental agent for my studio apartment in Frankfurt am Main, 60439 Heddernheim (ca 18qm) at the closest possible time. When forwarding enquiries to the Wohungsgesellschaft I would prefer the person who can take over the apartment the fastest. It is important that only students/trainees or similar groups are eligible. Sightseeing is possible at any time!

I currently pay 855,- EUR as a whole, but it may be that a moderate increase in rental is provided for the new contract. The apartment is fully furnished and has a communal balcony to the courtyard of the building (Morgensonne). There are shared kitchens, a gym and a cinema room. A parking space can be added for a fee. Internet is there.

Ich suche eine Nachmieterin/einen Nachmieter für mein Studio-Apartment in Frankfurt am Main, 60439 Heddernheim (ca 18qm) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt. Bei der Weiterleitung von Anfragen an die Wohungsgesellschaft würde ich die Person bevorzugen, die das Apartment am schnellsten übernehmen kann. Wichtig ist, dass nur Studierende/Auszubildende oder ähnliche Gruppen einzugsberechtigt sind. Besichtigungen sind jederzeit möglich!

Ich bezahle derzeit 855,- EUR insgesamt, es kann jedoch sein, dass eine moderate Mieterhöhung für den neuen Vertrag vorgesehen ist. Das Apartment ist vollmöbliert und hat einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon zum Hof des Gebäudes hinaus (Morgensonne). Es gibt Gemeinschaftsküchen, ein Fitnessstudio und z.B. einen Kinoraum. Ein Parkplatz kann gegen Entgelt zusätzlich hinzugebucht werden. Internet ist mit dabei.
