The apartment is located near the city center (Europaplatz), within an organized structure "THE FIZZ". You can easily go by walk to the city center ( estimated time 2 minutes). It is also very close to the various locations of the Albert-Ludwigs University and therefore convenient. The hotel staff speaks English and are extremely helpful. The public transport (tram) are within 1 minute walk with lines 1,2,3, 4 and 5. In addition, in about 15 minutes of walk you can arrive to the train station of Freiburg or the bus station. Around there are numerous restaurants, clothing stores and supermarkets. Also being very close to the cathedral square is a strategic point to be able to participate in the different events that Freiburg organizes during the year.

Inside the structure you can use the common areas and get to know many people. My time was limited but I recommend living in a structure like THE FIZZ because it is very organized and there is always a very kind and joyful atmosphere. In addition, inside the structure are organized events to meet the different tenants of the structure. The contract will be made with me. The maintenance of the house is by the new tenant and any damage not repairable will be charged on the expenses of the new tenant. the indicated price is inclusive of everything with no additional expenses. there is also a payment laundry in the hotel where there are both washing machines and dryers. There is also a parking for bicycles.
