Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badwanne, Toilette und einem Waschbecken mit Spiegelschrank ausgestattet.
Zusätzlich bietet das Haus im Keller eine hauseigene Münzwaschmaschine.
Wichtig:
-Keine Haustiere erlaubt.
-Rauchen in der Wohnung ist strengstens verboten.
-Keine laute Musik, oder Partys in der Wohnung.

I am offering a temporary, well furnished 1-room flat with kitchen and bathroom for approx.
2 months (700€/month)
The room offers a relaxed 200cm x 140cm bed, a wardrobe and a couch with table, as well as a desk for working.
The small but nice kitchen includes: Fridge, microwave, cooker (4 plates), sink and a kettle as well as many accessories needed for easy cooking and dining.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and washbasin with mirror cabinet.
The house also has its own communal coin operated washing machine in the basement.
Important:
-No pets allowed.
-Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited.
-No loud music or parties in the flat.
-Registration is not possible.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 8. Stockwerk inkl. Fahrstuhl mit schöner Aussicht richtung Westen in ruhiger Lage in Lokstedt (Nähe Eimsbüttel/Osterstraße).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Edeka, Aldi, Budni, Kiosk (neben dem Haus) sind ca. 2 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Bushaltestelle Lohkoppelweg ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Der Bus fährt zur U/S Sternschanze (15min) und in die andere Richtung nach
U2 Hagenbecks Tierpark (4min Bus / ca. 12min zu Fuß).

Shopping facilities such as Edeka, Aldi, Budni, kiosk (next to the house) are approx. 2 to 15 minutes away on foot.
The bus stop Lohkoppelweg is approx. 3 minutes away. The bus goes to U/S Sternschanze (15min) and in the other direction to U2 Hagenbecks Tierpark (4min bus / approx. 12min walk).
